Ingredients:
2 - 3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast and/or thigh meat
1 jar of salsa, any kind you like (Pace Picante medium works well)
I pack of chicken taco seasoning
Chicken stock (about 16 oz)
Method:
Add all ingredients to slow cooker and mix up a little bit
Cook until the chicken is 165 inside (3 - 4 hours)
Shred chicken and serve
