Dust chicken pieces with flour and salt (a whole chicken cut into 8 pieces or something similar)
Fry them in olive oil to get them golden brown
Put them in a dutch oven on medium
Deglaze them with 1 cup of cider
Take it down to it simmering
Add 1 more cup of cider, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 sliced leek, 1 bay leaf, ¼ stick of butter a little salt
Simmer 2 hours, stirring occasionally
Add 4 tsps heavy cream
Reduce for a bit and serve
